Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments, credits, and cancellations work on nabh.cloud, operated by Habilesoft Pvt. Ltd. Please read it carefully before adding wallet credits or subscribing to a paid plan.

1. All purchases are final

nabh.cloud operates on a prepaid wallet model. All payments — including wallet recharges and Pro plan subscription fees — are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your wallet, they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, whether used or unused.

2. How billing works

  • You add credits in Indian Rupees (₹) to your wallet in advance.
  • Each API request deducts a usage charge, calculated per token (or per image / per minute of audio) at the published per-model rate, in paise-level precision.
  • Every response reports the exact cost and remaining balance, so you always know what you are spending.
  • You are never charged more than your available balance — when the balance reaches zero, requests are declined rather than billed.

3. Unused balance

Because purchases are final, unused wallet credits are non-refundable, including on account closure. Promotional or free credits carry no cash value and are never refundable.

4. Subscription cancellation (Pro plan)

You may cancel the Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period is not refunded or pro-rated, and you retain Pro benefits until the end of the paid period. Usage charges incurred before cancellation remain payable.

5. Limited exceptions

We will review and, where appropriate, correct charges in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same recharge due to a technical error.
  • Failed top-up — if money was debited by your bank but credits were not added to your wallet. Most such transactions are auto-reversed by the payment gateway; if not, contact us.
  • Verified platform error — if a confirmed fault on our side caused incorrect billing, we will credit the affected amount back to your wallet.

Approved corrections are normally issued as wallet credit. Where a monetary refund is required by law, it will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

6. How to raise a billing issue

Email info@habilesoft.com from your registered email with your account details, the transaction reference, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
